A small company in Hyderabad, doing one thing.
We build the ordering line that independent food businesses run on their own WhatsApp number. That is the whole of it today. We are early, we are working in a handful of Hyderabad clusters, and we would rather be useful to a few shops that can reach us than visible to a great many that cannot.
How we work
Four rules we would want held to.
Written here so they can be quoted back at us. If we break one, the person to tell is on the contact page and the complaint gets a written answer.
- We tell you what it will not do before you buy it.
- Every page on this site carries its own limits, and a field visit starts with the half of the product your paperwork does not yet allow. A shop that finds out in month two is a shop that leaves in month three, and rightly.
- One cluster at a time.
- A field team that can reach you the same afternoon is worth more than a map covered in pins. We would rather tell you we have not reached your area yet than sign you up and leave you waiting for somebody who is not coming.
- The business owns what the business made.
- The menu, the customers, the order history and the number they arrive on. All of it leaves with you, in a file you can open, whenever you decide to go. This is built into how the software stores things rather than promised in a paragraph.
- We do not cold-call.
- Nobody who has not messaged us first will hear from us. The list of people who have talked to us is not for sale and is not shared, and neither is anything the customers of a shop we work with ever send.

Which of these opens first is still being decided. It will be one of the three, and it will be said plainly here once it is settled rather than quietly widened to sound bigger.

Every value above is a placeholder and nothing has been invented — no address, no registration number, no phone. A site whose whole argument is that we do not tell shops comfortable things would be a poor place to start with a made-up address.
