Your customers

The list, what each one is worth, and how they come back.

Every order on your own number writes to a person. That is the difference between taking orders and having customers.

What you can see

What each customer is actually worth.

Not an estimate and not a survey. The total they have spent with you, the number of orders behind it, and the date of the last one.
  • Lifetime spend, per customer
  • Order count and last order date
  • New, loyal and lapsed — computed from the orders, never typed in
  • New against repeat, month by month
  • Whether they agreed to hear from you, and the date they said so

What the customer screen shows

Segments are worked out from order history, not typed in. Where “lapsed” begins is a setting, not a number we chose for you.

Bringing them back

The second order is the cheapest one you will ever win.

  • Working today

    Reorder last, in one tap

A returning customer does not browse the menu again. The whole of last week’s order is one button in the thread they already have open.

  • Not yet liveBeing built

    Message one segment, not everybody

The lapsed, the loyal, the ones who bought a particular dish. Sent only to people who agreed to hear from you, and only once the business is verified.

  • Not yet liveBeing built

    Points for coming back

A regular earns on every order and spends it on the next one, inside the same thread. No plastic card, no app to install, nothing for them to lose.

Two of the three are still being built and are marked so. We would rather show you what is coming than let you find out on day two.

Whose list it is

You take it with you.

The menu, the customer list, the order history. If you decide this was a mistake, you take all of it and go. That is a deliberate design decision and it is the one we would want asked about hardest.
  • Nobody else gets a copy of your customer list.
  • Phone numbers are masked on screen, and who may see one unmasked is written down.
  • The kitchen screen carries no customer identity at all.
  • Consent to be messaged is recorded with a date, and a customer can end it in one word.
